139.RETIREMENT & HEALTH PLAN

Retirement (Pension) Plan -Retiree Reimbursement Account – Financial assistance to help eligible retirees pay for retiree medical coverage and out-of-pocket health care expenses. Vacation - Up to six weeks paid leave depending on tenure.Educational Assistance - 80 percent refund for tuition, textbooks, lab fees, registration and administration fees after successful completion of approved college level courses.

-Company Paid Insurance - One times an employee's annual base pay for Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Personal Loss Insurance. Employees also receive Company paid Short-Term Disability and Occupational Life Insurance. -Supplemental Insurance - Long-Term Disability, Supplemental Life, Accidental Death & Personal Loss Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance .
