At CareOne we offer the following services: Assisted Living Services for The Memory Impaired If you or your loved one are in need of assisted living, CareOne provides comprehensive services throughout New Jersey. Some of our communities offer separate, dedicated units for people living with Alzheimer’s Disease and related memory impairments. Respite Care CareOne offers Respite (or short term stays) for individuals in need of 24 hour nursing care for a short period of time. Respite care is typically beneficial to caregivers who are taking a vacation, business trip, or who simply need a caregiving break. Long Term Care If you or your loved one are in need of long term care (or nursing home care), CareOne provides separate, distinct care units managed by Registered Nurses twenty four hours a day. Assisted Living Services If you or your loved one are in need of assisted living, CareOne provides comprehensive services throughout New Jersey. Our assisted living programs are designed to cater to the individualized needs of our Residents and families. Post-Hospital Rehabilitation Services CareOne offers intensive inpatient medical and physical rehabilitation care for patients in need of recovery following a hospital stay. Through our full complement of highly trained medical care staff, CareOne offers patients the opportunity to regain their highest level of functioning prior to returning to the home environment.
