Our job orders are comprised of 90% administrative and professional with the balance being general and skilled labor. We work efficiently and have state-of-the-art software and training. We offer our applicants a comprehensive set of skills evaluations that can be completed prior to visiting our office.We often evaluate scores and conduct telephone interviews prior to asking applicants to visit our office because we value our time and we do not wish to waste our applicants' time.

The Staffing Consultant is primarily responsible for ensuring the candidate sourcing, recruiting, selection, hiring, and assignment processes are efficient and effective. Specifically, the Staffing Consultant will: Recruit and staff for administrative, professional, and some general and skilled labor positions. The successful candidate will know how to post jobs on web boards and write resumes, descriptions and advertisements. Call prospective applicants to schedule interviews, interview candidates, verify references, etc.
